Quantity Surveyor (Water)
Excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join a rapidly expanding Civils Contractor based in London.
My client has a strong network of offices across the UK with clients based anywhere from London to Scotland. They operate across a range of Civil Engineering sectors including Water, Rail, Transport and Power & Energy with individual projects ranging from small refurbishment jobs to large £50million plus developments. They have been appointed on a number of key frameworks giving them longevity of work which in turn is now behind their short and medium term expansion plans.
They are looking to recruit a Project Quantity Surveyor to be based from their Watford office and be responsible for running projects in their Water division. The Quantity Surveyor will be expected to travel throughout London and will be involved on various frameworks across the capital. The Quantity Surveyor will be involved in projects from pre-construction through to final account and be given fantastic opportunities to progress within the business and into other sectors as their career develops.
To apply for this opportunity the Quantity Surveyor must:
- have experience within the Water sector working for either a PQS or Contractor
- have experience of working with the NEC contract
- live within a commutable distance of Watford
- be able to demonstrate a solid track record throughout their career
