Associate Quantity Surveyor, London

Flagship have been instructed by a leading international consultancy to recruit an Associate Quantity Surveyor to oversee a portfolio of Commercial clients across the EMEA based from their office in London.

My client is a large consultancy who have a strong presence right across the UK and overseas offering clients in house PQS, PM, BS and CDM-C services working on projects across a range of sectors including Commercial, Education, Residential, Health, Industrial and Retail.  Project values can range from £500,000 to £100 million covering fit out, refurb and new build.

On the back of their recent expansion a role has been created for a Senior or Associate Quantity Surveyor to be based from their London office.  The role will involve overseeing projects across various overseas locations predominately in the Commercial sector.  Projects will range from fit out to new build so it is an advantage if the successful candidate has gained experience of both sectors.

The Quantity Surveyor for this role should be operating at Senior or Associate level and must come from a consultancy background ideally being a full member of the RICS.  The Quantity Surveyor should have gained experience in an overseeing capacity and have experience in the Commercial sector.  The Quantity Surveyor will be given a fantastic opportunity to progress and manage a team within this role so is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to join an ambitious and progressive consultancy.
